    Instructor

As long as Tammy can remember, she has had of love of movement from her earliest memories dancing in her living room. She became a classically trained dancer with Colorado Dance Theatre and Boulder Ballet, and was blessed to be given the opportunity to dance principle roles such as Clara and Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker. She has college degrees in Kinesiology and Dance Sciences. One day while taking a break from Nutcracker rehearsal, she walked into the Pilates Center in Boulder and was in awe of the Pilates Method. It was so inspiring to her to watch instructors teach this beautiful work. After her 1st child was born in 2000, Tammy went to study Pilates with Polestar Education and was certified in 2001. With now 5 children, she has been teaching at her home studio Pointe Pilates for 16 years! She is grateful to her students that have been with her this long! She also loves working with the adults and dancers at Premier School of Dance where her daughter dances teaching Pilates and Barre class. She considers herself a “forever student” of this amazing work of Joseph Pilates. She went on to study 250 more hours with 2nd generation master teacher Cara Resser, and became certified through Pilates Method Alliance in 2013. Tammy is passionate about watching this work transform her clients, and feels very blessed to share in it!

Esther thrives on unstoppable enthusiasm, in which she sees a bigger message saying, “art is life, come dance with me” ... on or off of the reformer.

  • Hannah

    Lead Instructor

I found my love for Pilates at the age of 14 when I began dancing competitively. I found a deep passion for the similar movements that helped me grow as a dancer. I went on to college pursuing my Bachelors degree in dance from Wayne State University in Detroit and became certified to teach STOTT Mat. Months after graduating with my degree, I was accepted under scholarship to attend the Accelerated Teacher Training Program for Club Pilates in Costa Mesa. Since finishing the training program, I have worked for 6 Club Pilates studios and several dance studios to pass on the power of Pilates. When I’m not teaching at CP, I am instructing Pilates for Artistic Fusion and taking contemporary and ballet classes downtown!
